All our staff and representatives have the appropriate Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence. These consist of static guards, door supervisors and close protection personnel. This licence will be displayed at all times. Our staff will always wear the appropriate dress or uniform.
Touchwood Security Limited work to British Standards BS7858 & BS7960.
We are always aware of good working relationships with the local Police and Council authorities. Every effort will be made to continue and develop existing communications. We will also attend local pub watch and licensing meetings wherever possible.
All staff are arranged directly by ourselves. We do not use sub-contracting companies or recruitment agencies. All staff are hand selected and trained by us and chosen for not only their physical abilities but their personal, mental and verbal skills. Both male and female officers are available.
In the unlikely event that a member of the public or a door supervisor is injured, we have public liability insurance of £5’000’000 and an employers liability insurance level of £10’000’000. Our insurance is arranged via XL London Market Ltd |
